Zen Kloud Plus subscription terms

These terms cover Zen Kloud Plus subscriptions sold by Zoey Pike on the Zen Kloud website.

Your subscription

Zen Kloud Plus costs US$4.99 per month. Review the total at checkout before subscribing. Your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. Plus is linked to the Zen Kloud account you use at checkout. Sign in to that account on your other devices to access your Vault.

Plus includes 100 GiB of private Vault storage per account, with a maximum of 128 MiB per file and 1,000 files per account. Zen Kloud stores files you add to the Vault in private cloud storage. Direct file transfers are available free of charge.

Manage or cancel

Open the customer portal from the link in your RevenueCat Billing email. You can see upcoming charges, update your payment method, view receipts, or cancel. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future monthly charges. When you cancel, Plus remains active through the end of your current paid period.

When Plus expires

An active subscription is required to upload new files or create folders. For 24 hours after Plus expires, you can sign in to the same account and download your remaining Vault files individually. After that window closes, downloads are unavailable without an active subscription. Please save any files you want to keep before the deadline. The end of the download window does not automatically delete your files. See the privacy notice for how to request deletion.
